「Liked how the staff upgraded us and were responsive to our feedback. Liked the bed and linen, and how, mostly, the apartment was clean. Liked how Oulton Broad North railway station was walkable, and how room 11 has a parking space - if hard to find and quite tight. The place was good value. Not so good: There was a stained grey rug in the living area that needs replacing. We didn’t have a tea towel or oven gloves until we asked. 「Neil and his team were perfect hosts. Our room was spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean. The meticulous attention to detail, wonderful breakfasts and very friendly and helpful hosts made our stay memorable. Thank you all. Michael and Linda」

I chose this accommodation having...

「We stayed for two nights prior to renting a boat for a week on the broads. Central location, close to everything which was a huge plus since we did not have a car. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lots to do in walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.」

「Little a bit far from the city centre but the hotel itself was comfortable. There is a public bar on the ground floor. It was good that they can serve breakfast at anytime you would like to have and you can choose a type of breakfast from the list.」
