「I had a great stay here while visiting Normandy!」

「Very quiet location but near enough to the Normandy beaches and ferry terminal at Caen. We had a lovely big bedroom and en-suite in Tom's well renovated home. All the breakfast options were tempting but we went down the croissant, pain au chocolat, crusty bread route. Tom was very friendly and attentive. We hope to return when next in the area.」

「Very good shower, room is quite big. Close to the beach and not far from large carrefour.」

「Cute property in a relaxing rural setting. This place was a great value and a welcome change from staying in hotels in busy areas. Host is very ecologically conscious. Great breakfast! Bed was comfortable. Bedding and towels were clean and crisp from being line dried. Would have enjoyed having one more day here.」

「Wonderful stay! Charles was very helpful and accommodating. The property was beautiful」

「A quirky guest house, not really a hotel, in an old building. The room was spacious and comfortable, although somewhat sparsely and quirkily furnished. The bathroom was large, modern and clean. Antoine, the host, was charming and helpful. A short walk into the town centre and cathedral makes this well situated to visit Coutance.」

「Great stay and really cool historical building. If arriving late be aware that parking might be tough and you might need to park in a nearby garage.」

「Foi tudo incrível funcionários muito atenciosos」

「reception person did her/his best to welcome guest (me) it was so nice」

「Of all the places we stayed on our three-week trip, Le Doux Refuge was by far our favourite. Christine and Christoph made us feel at home from the very start, and they treated my father like he was the most important person in the world. That means a lot to me, It’s hard to know where to start when explaining why we loved it here. Firstly, the location: quiet, safe, local and with easy access to every possible location in Normandy. Secondly, the accommodation: beautifully decorated,...

Lite annorlunda. Mycket värt att åka dit.」
