「Great value for a place right in the middle of Wellington. The place is located on the lower side of the hill that the Wellington tram goes up, so the walking entrance is right off of a major stopping and dining street but the carpark entrance is from the street above on the hill. This works out great because the side entrance to the apartment is off of the carpark only steps away from the allocated parking spot.
