The property itself is fantastic and I had nothing but the highest praise.
However due to a misunderstanding on my part, I transferred the rest of the outstanding money after the deposit to their bank details by the date as specified. They then took the money out of my account, meaning I had paid the remainder twice.
I had emailed Weekenda 3 times without answer, and my partner called several times to no answer. When we finally managed to get someone on the phone they apologised for their accounts person being "off sick". And that they had received my email and the money would be refunded by the end of the week. A full week later I am still awaiting a refund or any further acknowledgement.
The property owners would be best to look to take their business elsewhere and I apologise to them for having to leave this review.
