10/10 Excellent

"Great stay. Mike at the front desk was polite and helpful! Property was easy to find and plenty of parking. Clean property. Lazy river and restaurant/bar was open and pretty busy. Breakfast was cooked to order and very delicious. Room was great. Bathroom a little small but it worked. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Balcony had a view of the lazy river with the beach in the background."

"Maybe we just went at the wrong time, we've stayed here before about 1 year ago and that was an amazing stay. This time, however, it was full of small children running around unsupervised. Parents nowhere in sight. Especially in the mornings. During breakfast, the homecooked hot food was basically gone. Children were walking around with plates full, again unsupervised, touching food with bare hands and throwing it back in the tray. The staff was amazing and very kind. Again, maybe we just went at a weird time. Some positives of the property: The pool was great, it's right down the road from OWA, Lambert's, and only a small drive away from the beach. Very safe area! We will give it another chance in the future"

"We’ve spent the last 5 years here for the July 4th celebrations and we always love it. However, many things had changed and not all for the good. The biggest complaint among our group and many others was their legendary pizza is no longer available! We’ve been enjoying that pizza for probably over 15 years and this year they changed the recipe and it wasn’t great at all. They also remodeled their pizza/ice cream area and only offer 3 flavors of ice cream now as before it was usually 6-7 flavors. A definite plus now, however, is the beach loungers are free if you’re staying at their resort. If only I had a slice of their original pizza to enjoy on that free lounger - that would have warranted 5 stars!"
