New built home that’s near Beaver Lake and only 10 minutes to Lowell Walmart SuperCenter. Semi-rural location that’s quiet but yet close to Lowell (10 minutes), Downtown Rogers (20 minutes), Bentonville (25 minutes) and Fayetteville (30 minutes). The house is fully furnished and ready for a weekend or month long stay. Electric vehicles and plug-in-hybrids are welcome. We have 50 amp outlet installed on the property to charge your vehicle at no cost while staying.

Everything was picture perfect. The pictures simply do not do the property justice. It was the perfect place to celebrate my engagement with a few friends and family! If I ever have friends coming to visit, this will be the first property I look for!

Very well maintained property with beautiful views. All amenities needed were provided. Enjoyed the peaceful setting and our French bulldog (Winston) enjoyed the fenced in back yard. Will definitely use this property in the future for other visits.

We have a 4 month old micro Sheepadoodle & it was perfect for her! The fenced in yard & the furniture & flooring… Supplied well also! We were exploring & hiking most of our stay! It was so nice to come back to a comfortable home!
