"Great location for easy walk into Lovina but peaceful lovely location with a beautiful pool. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Very good value for money and the breakfasts were good. Nice and quiet with pleasant gardens."

"What a delightful oasis. We had a wonderful relaxing afternoon & night there. We had dinner & breakfast while there and again it was wonderful. The beach is 70mtrs down the road we went a sunset and it did not disappoint. Would highly recommend this property "

"We enjoyed our stay in Franjipani because it was perfectly situated right on the beach. However, the interior of the rooms need upgrading! Old facilities and bathrooms in particular, are hard to clean and harder to make look really clean! Staff were pleasant and helpful. The garden setting was beautiful and breakfast was included! "

"The room was okay in terms of hotels. Our room had a bug infestation but it was cleaned up. The food was edible but not tasty. The location was great and the free shuttle was a nice touch. Since the food was very lack luster."
