プールは濁ってたので、4泊中1回しか入らなかった。清掃は行き届いていて、スタッフの対応も良かった、しかし朝食は値段の割にしょぼかった。昼もランチを食べたが、まあまあだった。外に食べに行く方が良いでしょう。近隣に飲食店が沢山ありコンビニも数軒あった。ポット、コーヒーインスタント、紅茶はセットされており、冷蔵庫もあった。セフティボックスは無かった。テラスも広く良かった。しかし、残念なのは山も街も白く、空気が澱んだ感じてロビナが期待以下と感じた。

シャワーを除き最高

デメリット 部屋の清潔さに対して浴槽やシンクが古く汚い。 お風呂、水道のお湯は茶色い。 お湯はチョロチョロ、熱くない。 メリット ファミリールームは広くてベッドは清潔。 プールが広々、キッズ用に浅いプールもあり。 目の前にレストランやマッサージがたくさん。 徒歩3分が海、ドルフィンツアーに参加可能。

Nice pool, quiet location, easy access to street restaurants, shops, beach, etc. Hotel restaurant and breakfast is not that great, so thank goodness for nearby street restaurants and cafes. Would be great if staff services are improved and if cocktails were served. A nice pool, but no cocktails available onsite. Not likely to rebook this hotel and stay here again. Nicer hotels nearby for same rates.

The whole experience with this hotel was a delight to stay at. It was pure bliss holiday break with my husband. Very clean ,staff where so polite and very friendly. I could not have asked for a better hotel experience. But I do wish to say for others who want to say. Is be kind to all and you will receive kindness back.

So we arrived at Puri Bali which is situated perfectly near to the water and in a calm street. The people working there are very kind and very helpful. The rooms are not so new and not so well looking. But they do what you want - give you a place to sleep. The pool is nice however the tiles are loose a lot of places which makes it a bit dangerous. The breakfast was good and fast. We had a great time there though.

I found the property to be close to beach. The pool and gardens were beautifully maintained. The room however was well below standard with massive spiderwebs on the ceiling and leaking toilet into shower. There were no pool towels available and the room towels were disgusting - old and stained ( I did not use) The bed was so hard and there were borers in the bathroom . Gaps under the door and on top let in mozzies which made a good nights sleep impossible. The breakfast was ok ( I had a banana pancake and fresh juice) The staff were lovely and accomodating

Pros - Gorgeous setting in a pretty garden with a lovely pool. Very peaceful with no traffic noise - great for light sleepers. If you need to head out sightseeing before breakfast time, they can provide a breakfast box. Our balcony was spacious and came with a drying rack which came in really handy. Staff are helpful. The bed only has sheets but if you request a blanket they provide one straight away. And it’s just a minute’s walk to the beach, and surrounded by cafes, laundry services and beauty therapy spas. Cons - We booked a standard twin room on Expedia 11 months in advance, and although the booking conditions stated a twin room wasn’t guaranteed, we were disappointed that with such a long booking period the hotel didn’t have any twins available. I tried to get a rollaway bed instead, as the Expedia advertisement said the room came with rollaway/extra beds for free, but the hotel said there was a charge for them. The Expedia ad also said the room had a minibar and electric kettle, but it did not. I don’t know if this is Expedia’s error or the hotel’s, but I mention it so people who do need a minibar, kettle or rollaway bed have realistic expectations. There was also a small hole in the door to the balcony which I stuffed with toilet paper so mosquitos couldn’t get in - that worked well, so if you get the same room as us you should try that.

Wij waren met een groep van drie personen en zijn na twee dagen het hotel ontvlucht, zeer slechte wifi, wifi is niet te gebruiken voor de gasten, kamer niet goed schoon twee personen hadden veel last van jeuk moesten nachts krabben en konden daardoor niet slapen. Wij verbleven in een familie room.

Sehr sauberes Zimmer und hervorragender Pool im Innenhof inmitten grüner Natur. Familiengeführtes, kleines Hotel in einer sehr schönen und sicheren Gegend am Lovina Beach. Man fühlt sich in dieser tollen Atmosphäre gut aufgehoben.
