「Always the perfect beach vacation destination. We got every year. The rooms are set up like efficiencies so we can cook meals if we don’t wanna go to eat every day. There’s a laundry area that’s always handy. The pool is fantastic. Flippers has the best burgers. The bay is usually full of dolphins and sting rays, this summer we even saw manatees. 「The property is beautiful and relaxing! The only thing we wish is that there had been some sort of window coverings in the livingroom area. The document you sign states you cannot adjust the AC which we didnt but the windows do let in quite a bit of heat in the morning hours. And there is no privacy after dark.」

「Beautiful location and property. Parking can be a little frustrating because of Flippers restaurant parking, but not bad. And don't miss eating at Flippers! Pool area is nice. Hot tub is a bonus. Unit is small, but perfect for two. It was not as cleaned as well as we would like. Random hairs, etc. Kitchen appointments are sparse. Would be hard pressed to make a meal. We planned on buying fresh seafood and cooking, and that just isn't gonig to work with what's in the kitchen. Could use a...

「We loved that this place was not in the middle of the huge crowds at FMB. It was quiet and low-key. The pool area was very nice. You could see the ocean from the pool. Dolphins are active in the late afternoon. Very close to Lover’s Key State Park which was great. Definitely recommend if you’re not looking to be near all the other resorts and crowds. We went the week after typical Spring Break. 」
