「The residence is very old and dated. The home was built in 1955 and not really upgraded. Walking on the floor, squeaky every step. No dining room. The linens were old. The neighborhood is old like the home. My family members were very disappointed especially based on the price and location. We checked out after one night during a three night planned stay. For the cost of the Vrbo residence, you could easily rent an upscale cabin or condo in Estes Park. I would not recommend this as a future...

「Unique functional house. Backyard was nice benefit along with the chickens. Host was quick response to Qs. A bit sparse on amenities. A blow dryer is normally an expected item. Table service items - plates, bowls, cups were minimal. Beds were comfortable. Location was very good for access to old town. Information guide on host expectations and typical guest user items are normally expected - recommend host to add. 」
