THIS APARTMENT HAS BEEN FULLY REMODELED.
It has a very spacious common room on the 1st floor and a nice terrace with a table for 4 people. Right at the entrance there is a kitchen / kitchen space, there is also a bathroom with shower and a wardrobe.
A dining table for 4 people and a double sofa bed, 2 maples, a living room table, a radio and cable TV with 60 Portuguese or subtitled channels and 178 foreign channels complete the living room.
It also has Internet (1g) Pass: vvl136vvc
On the ground floor there is a very spacious suite with a small terrace overlooking the garden. At the entrance of the suite there is a wardrobe and a complete bathroom.
The suite also has a TV, a collapsible baby bed (without clothes) and an individual opening and closing divan.

Lovely complex, spacious apartment

The duplex apartment is located on a lovely gated complex near to the beach with a beautiful pool area and its own cafe. Communication with the owner was good throughout and the apartment was spacious and modern with a good outlook from both floors. Our only issue was the quality and comfort of the beds which were not of the same standard as the rest of the amenities in the apartment. The apartment also lacked a kettle, but the owner resolved this whilst we were there. Our only other observation is that it would have been useful if the listing had stated that the apartment had a spiral staircase down to the bedroom as this may make it an unsuitable option for less able-bodied guests as my parents who were staying there both struggled with this aspect. Overall, a lovely modern apartment which would only benefit from more comfortable beds.
