Superb apartment with sea views

The apartment is excellent, spacious and comfortable for six people with a distant view of the coastline. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge/freezer and a washing machine that we found very useful. The beds are large and comfortable. Parking is easy and it is walking distance to town and restaurants. Air conditioning, which we didn't need in October, is provided by one large free standing unit in the open plan lounge / dining area. I am not sure how effective this would be in the bedrooms in the height of summer? Check in could have been smoother but our changing timings was no doubt a contributory factor to this. We would stay again.

Estupenda estancia

Una estancia estupenda, el piso está muy bien, bastante amplio y muy completo de menaje. Camas muy cómodas y una situación estupenda. Ricardo muy amable y muy buena comunicación. Repetiremos seguro!

Lovely Loulé apartment

Well appointed, spacious apartment in a good location. All the facilities that you could want to do eat in and plenty of restaurants nearby if you want to eat out. We even enjoyed the Algarve New Year fireworks display from the balcony. Loulé is a great location for exploring different parts of the Algarve, such as Alte and Tavira. The indoor market is market is worth a visit and there is great choice of supermarkets, Contenente is less than a 5 minute walk.

We were 5 sisters who had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment, which was spotless and had everything you need, the bed's are very comfortable and all had lovely balconys we would definitely stay here again thanks Ricardo.

Très bon séjour.

Très bon appartement. Bien réceptionné et à l'heure et très agréable. Tout était parfait, confortable et convivial même si les ustensiles de cuisine et les salons de jardins dates un peu.

Agréable appartement

Très bon séjour sauf pour trouver l appartement plus 1/2h à chercher. Le propriétaire envoyant message mais ne nous pas 📞 cela aurait été plus facile. Surtout que nous lui demandions de nous 📞 rien à faire. Très compliqué En fait l adresse avait été changée voilà la raison mais on a eu la belle sœur qui nous a retrouvées ouf.

Great stay!

This apartment was wonderful. It was in excellent condition, very roomy, with lots of natural light. It had everything we needed for our visit to Loulé. The city center, market and restaurants were all walkable. We would stay here again when returning to Loule.

Großes exklusives Appartement

Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und wunderschöner Aussicht. Alle Zimmer haben einen Balkonzugang, Klimaanlage und automatische Jalousien. Auch im Sommer nicht zu heiß, sondern luftig.

Eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Schöne große Wohnung und ein sehr netter Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Schade ist, dass man nur einen einzigen deutschen Sender bekommt, die deutsche Welle. Sie sendet leider nur Wiederholungen. Im Gebäude ist ein Café, wo man morgens gute Brötchen bekommt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, ein Fußmarsch ins Zentrum von Loule, zum Beispiel an die Markthalle, dauert keine 10 Minuten. Alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft Martin und Ingeborg

Beware of being fined at this property !

I don't normally write reviews but have felt the need to following my experience with this host and property. Beware not to get caught out by this property fining you for minor things ! 4 days after we left the owner has charged a significant fee for cleaning despite his wife checking every room and fridge with us on check out and telling us all was fine and there was no issue on check out . Host has taken photos and I do hope the host posts these photos so all prospective guests can see what he charges for: Only minor crumbs / smudges on worksurface / fridge/dining table / hob and 1 rubbish bag filled with packaging from new pillows provided by host ( see below ) ! Overall I found property is average and dated in places especially bedrooms. Dirty floors indoors - we noticed after a very short time walking indoors barefoot ( especially in covid times). No normal sleeping pillows provided - just very old lumpy and worn IKEA big square reading pillows -just not comfortable and had to get owner to replace. I was willing to accept average standard but the situation with cleaning has left a bad feeling for our stay in the end and host has not been helpful to get a satisfactory resolution for both parties. We are happy to leave the property reasonably clean but we definitely don’t come on holiday to do the job of the cleaner for the check in of the next guests ! ( host keeps on asking how would I feel if I were the next guest to use the property) There is a difference.

habitués des locations tous les ans en espagne et bien d’autres pays , cette prestation mérite le détour . Appartement dans résidence de très bonne facture , tout à proximité ( à pied !! ) grandes surfaces : centre ville piéton : etc par ailleurs les belles plages à 15 mn en voiture . nous avons aimé un max . allez y et surtout l’appartement est très bien
