THE SPACE:
This apartment has been recently refurbished and is fully equipped with everything you need for an amazing stay in Vilamoura.
There is a fully equipped kitchenette where you will find basic condiments to cook such as salt, pepper, olive oil, sugar, etc.
You will be able to enjoy a high-speed internet connection as well as cable TV to watch over 80 international channels on the flat-screen TV.
This apartment accommodates up to four guests with a spacious bed in the bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed for two additional guests.
While the owner is not always in Vilamoura, guests are always able to contact via email or phone and someone will be promptly with them to help with any need.
The building is wonderfully located in a very well maintained neighbourhood situated in a beautiful area of Vilamoura. Surrounding the building you will find a supermarket, restaurants, bakeries and cafes, banks and pharmacies, for everything that you may need. There are vast areas for free parking just near by.
To get to the nearest services walking is the most convenient transportation, however, within an 5 minute walk you will be in the bus stop with access to buses for the entire country! There is also easy and free parking within the grounds. The connection to and from the airport is most easily done by taxi for approximately 20€ (Uber also available), although it can also be done by bus

LONG-TERM RESERVATIONS
Reservations for more than 15 nights are considered long-term reservations and are subject to the following rules:
-> We might request a safety deposit at check-in.
-> The energy and water bills must be paid separately.
(How does this work: Every month, we calculate and charge the guest the amount of energy and water spent.
-> The deposit will be returned by the end of the stay after checking the space and receiving the payment of every bill.
-> By making a long-term reservation, guests agree to give the host access to the property, whenever requested, in order to assess the state of maintenance.
CHECK-IN
We may charge in-person check-ins after hours as per the following rates:
After 8 pm: 15€
After 10 pm: 25€
After 1am: 50€
These rates can be avoided with the available self-check-in.
Before the check-in, guests must fill in a mandatory check-in form to identify all the guests that will stay in the apartment. Short term rentals are required to report guests' information to Borders Service (SEF).
