Perfect cozy home with a beautiful view. Kari was a great host! Celebrated Christmas early with family and this was our half way point. It was the best!!!

This was a wonderful space for our family of four. We had our own space and plenty of spaces to do things together. My son spent most of his time on the dock and the rest of us spent most of our time in the fantastic sun room!! Everything was very clean, perfect temps (rooms and hot tub!!) and accessible. The kitchen had everything we needed. This host made a quick getaway feel like we were at home the whole time.

Very nice place right on the river. Myself and 5 other guys stayed here for a golf trip weekend and was in perfect location to golf courses and other attractions. Owner replied almost instantly if we needed anything, which is a very comforting feeling. Overall great experience and would stay here again.

This is the kind of home I always look for when I travel, but rarely find. I like a lot of ventilation and a peaceful, picturesque location. This house checked those boxes and is definitely in my list of favorite spots where I've stayed. Staying here helped my trip feel less like just a trip and more like a vacation.

Stunning!!

This home has it all and I slept in the sunroom on the porch couch just to watch and hear the river traffic, and that was the best rest ever and can’t wait to go back. It’s got river features that come with the territory but look past that and you too will enjoy every minute here in paradise.

Great place

Perfect spot on the river, beautiful views. The house is updated and looks just like the pictures. Kari was kind, helpful, and very easy to get ahold of. We had a great weekend! We will look at booking this place again

Riverside experience

The property was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the river. My family thoroughly enjoyed the coziness of the house and sitting on the heated sun porch to watch the river traffic.

Amazing Host & Amazing Stay

We went for a mother daughter group trip plus some of our pups and this stay was perfect! The host was so kind and accommodating. Loved that 4-seasons room with the view. Also just sat at the end of the dock during a gorgeous day and chatted with my Mom. Reading the history about the home was fascinating as well. Thank you and thank you for sharing!

Wonderful spot for our first trip to Louisville

The house had plenty of space from our family of 4. The proximity to downtown (about 20 minutes )was perfect but still gave us the feel of being a little way from it all. There were deer running around which was a beautiful sight. The view of the river was spectacular. My husband and I spent every morning bring having our coffee on the enclosed patio . The family enjoyed the hot tub and having our own space when we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Beautiful setting with a gorgeous view!

We enjoyed the early morning and late night soak in the hot tub overlooking the river. The host was responsive to the shortage of wash clothes and had more there in short order. Hope to stay here again!

Louisville

River view fantastic. Only issue you had toclimb stairs to get to living area. That is no problem for younger people but was difficult for us senior citizens. House was in quiet neighborhood. Deer across road. Owner very helpful

Beautiful location!

Upon arrival the air conditioner in the sunroom was not working so it was very warm and unusable until it cooled off outside. Kari was very receptive and we had a new AC unit within 2 days. The hot tub was also not clean when we arrived, however we arrived late and used it anyways, it was something we looked forward too! Kari came the morning after our arrival al and cleaned the hot tub for us. We did have minor issues with the toilet taking several flushes to work, the sink in the bathroom not draining well at all. Some of the doors didn’t latch and close without using the deadbolt. And the cleanliness of the inside and outside were a bit disappointing, with an excellent rating we expected more I guess. We did thoroughly enjoy our stay, we are a group of couples in their late 40s that enjoy vacations together. We aren’t complainers so I know I could have brought up several minor concerns to Kari, however we chose to just enjoy our time together, and we did!
