Wanna get away for some FAMILY time? This Butchertown apartment super close to downtown Louisville boasts 2 inviting bedrooms with a cozy king bed, queen bed, and a trundle bed. The great room offers a full kitchen, an enormous and super comfortable couch for extra sleeping space. With amenities like WiFi, AC/Heat, & 3 smart TV's, guests will feel right at home. Apartment also has a large deck perfect for relaxing and enjoying some fresh air. You will also love the beautiful tiled shower in the bathroom. The host, room, location, parking, beds...all great! The only downside of the rental for us was how much we could hear from the road & attached neighbor. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and were very safe. We would stay here again.

A/C

Everything was great, loved the place and the layout of it all. The only issue was the A/C. It was 95-97 degrees all weekend, and the Air would not go down past 74. I had reached out to the owner, he was set to bring in the HVAC to check it out, by the 1st morning, it did go down to 69, so we canceled that visit. Everyday after that, stayed above 74. granted we were not there much during the day, had fans running at night, stayed a tad warm most of the time. Not sure if it was locked or set from prior renter. We could not re-set it properly. All in all, we would stay there again, as long as the Air worked correctly.
