Beautiful, Historic Home in Old Town Louisville

  • Enjoy Old Town Louisville in this charming home built in 1891. Three bedrooms, two baths, front porch, back deck, lovely yard with bbq and outdoor table and chairs.

    Home is immaculately clean and well-appointed.

    Experience the charm of small town living. Our home is perfectly situated - just blocks away from Memory Square Park, Louisville Public Library, restaurants, shops, etc. Wonderful location for families. Stroll to go ice skating and sledding in the winter and to the farmers' market and Memory Square Pool in the summer.

    Boulder is just a 15 minute drive, Denver 30 and Eldora 50. One can easily get out & explore. Spend the day hiking, biking, climbing, or skiing/boarding, kayaking -- there are so many outdoor adventures that await in Boulder County!
