"Getting to and from the lakehouse was a breeze, the location was perfect. Check-In was seamless and so was communcation with the property manager. The dock was perfect for fishing and swimming, could use a power washing as it was littered with spiders. The house was clean but you could tell it had been awhile in-between guests as you'd find cobwebs and the elements haven't been great to the...

"A group of us gathered for a bit of a staycation from the Richmond area. We had a ladies night on Friday and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better location!! Saturday we had some other friends join us for food on the water and it was the most relaxing setting for us to reset and connect. The kitchen was pleasantly stocked with utensils and gadgets, one friend was like "wow, they have everything!". "The owners are the BEST! Once we booked, we had their contact info and any questions we had they answered QUICKLY! The house was perfect for our group. We celebrated our parents 50th wedding Anniversary, and the owners had flowers, cupcakes and a personalized note waiting for us when we arrived. We had perfect weather for the week! "This is a nice, older large house on the lake. It was a good location, right on the lake, and there were enough canoes and floats for the kids to use, with spare life jackets. Our only gripe was that the kitchen was not well-equipped. There were no pots and the pans, knives cookware was really old and unusable. So much so that we went to the local store and bought two pots and a frying pan for our use. One of the upstairs bedrooms did not have any side tables. Where do you put your water glass...
