"The apartment we stayed in was very nice. Plenty of space, dedicated dining room, well functioning kitchen and a bathtub which the kids loved. Apartment was clean and nothing else to say about that. Towels changed on request - saving the environment. Only small wish for improvement would be a small freezer which can keep things frozen. "Overall nice visit but the check in process was a real mess. The front desk attendant presented us with a tablet where we had to enter ALL of our info AGAIN—address, name, email, credit card info , passport info, telephone , and much more. Everything we already supplied when we made the online booking. This took an unnecessary extra 10 minutes of our time when they could have just extracted this info from our reservation details. We always hate it when companies put their work off on the...
