We had our two daughters with us (19 and 25), the bedrooms were a little tight, but we understood that would be the case when we booked. The check-in process was a bit tedious (first time I've had to send pictures of the water and electric meter before and after a stay). "A really nice flat with everything you would need for a stay in the area! Great views of Bellano and Lake Como too, and the price was more than reasonable. If you do stay here without a car, be aware that the walk up from the town is very steep, I underestimated this a bit!"

"We loved our stay! The house suited our needs for our 2 night stay in Lake Como and we loved the proximity to a lovely hike over the peninsula and away from the "touristy" spots of Lake Como. A couple notes... the pool view is not the view from the house and there is actually a house in most of the view of the house with only a side view of the lake out of the main window so that was a disappointment and honestly a bit deceiving based on the pictures. There were no toiletries (soap/shampoo)...

"We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s apartment. It was even nicer in person than in the photos. The view of the lake was amazing from all the windows, it's amazing to have a shower with a view. We had some rainy days while we were there, but we didn’t mind too much because you could just sit and watch the lake from the huge windows in the living room, and also from the balcony that has a small roof so you can step out there even in rainy weather. "I would not stay here if I rebooked this vacation. Negative: The apartment was clean enough but didn’t feel professionally cleaned. The finishes in the unit were low quality. The bells from a nearby church were very loud in the main bedroom. My biggest negative was the security. Our door didn’t have a normal lock. We only had a latch to secure our door and my wife was a little uneasy about that. Positive: Parking was included which was nice since we rented a car. The self check in process...

"Although it was advertised as a second floor, we truly had to walk approximately four floors from the street up to our second floor. I will say the view was beautiful, however finding the location and finding the management office to obtain the keys Was very difficult Additionally, the sofa bed was in such bad shape. We felt crippled when we left."
