"Great views and bird watching. Clean. Nice rural area and secure parking. Nice garden with fruit trees. I had a fresh pomegranate. Great place to see stars. Road and airport noise. Best to keep windows closed at night. Should verify all things are working before renter arrives. I shouldn’t have to fix the door or change the gas for the stove on first use. I was tired and hungry and am not familiar with gas."

"Pros: Aunque en un primer momento el acceso te pueda parecer incómodo , luego se convierte en la magia del lugar, unas vistas de ensueño y un enclave especial. Un sitio con muy buen gusto y mucho trabajo, cuidado al detalle por su gran anfitriona, Hélène, una persona que se entrega al completo para que tú estancia sea un 10 y te sientas como en casa, alguien especial. "This is the third time I’ve stayed here and it just keeps getting better. We had a villa that sleeps 6, which was a double with en-suite, a twin room and a double fold down bed in the living room. I was excellent with a large patio that got the sun all day. The villa had everything you could ask for, cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryers, ironing board, perfect. The pool area was pretty quiet due to it being the quiet season but it was lovely. The pool bar was fantastic with the Inti steak wrap an absolute winner. (Make sure you order it the day before) The area is perfect for a relaxing holiday with the Golden Bay Chinese restaurant a stand out. Our only disappointment was that Golf Del Sur golf course was close longer than expected, so we never got to play it. Amarilla golf is five minutes away so didn’t spoil the holiday. Every single member of staff that we came across was excellent, they constantly kept in touch via WhatsApp and provided us with excursion suggestions and local events. Look forward to returning."

"We have just returned from a fantastic week at Dreams Jardín Tropical and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning architecture, lush gardens, and breathtaking views of the Atlantic. The location is perfect, close enough to the marina, shops, and restaurants, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. We stayed as Preferred Club guests, which added an extra touch of luxury to the experience. The exclusive lounge, dedicated areas, and enhanced service made our stay feel even more special. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout the week. The food exceeded our expectations for an all-inclusive resort. There was a great variety of high-quality options at every meal, and we enjoyed every restaurant we tried. Breakfast overlooking the ocean was a particular highlight. The drinks selection was also excellent, with premium options available and attentive service throughout the resort. The pool areas are beautiful, especially the iconic lagoon-style pool overlooking the sea. There were always plenty of comfortable sunbeds available, and the atmosphere was relaxed without ever feeling crowded. What really made the holiday stand out was the staff. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests had a wonderful stay."

"Lovely hotel, really impressed on arrival, the staff in particular are lovely! It’s also pretty well priced. After a few days you do start to notice it’s getting a bit tired in places and could do with a bit of a refresh. The pool(s) are fantastic, not sure about the other comments re being able to get sunbeds all the time - if you arnt down before 9 you’re going to struggle."

"We’ve been staying at the Santa Barbara for many years, and have written about it before. It’s still a lovely place to stay if you want the freedom of an apartment and don’t want to be too close to the main resorts. Whilst the hotel isn’t your normal all-inclusive, the staff are excellent, and the hotel itself is situated right next to a beautiful rugged coastline. The area is quiet, but there are plenty of places to eat and some charming villages, such as Los Abrigos and El Medano. Highly recommended"
