"Very good location, close to the beach. The place was very well maintained and offers coffee/tea all throughout the day. Staff was very kind and helpful especially when I left my key card inside the room, the staff waited for us to get back in the afternoon to issue another card. Would love to stay there again."

"Big comfortable hotel. Everything was good, nothing special except the wonderful beach views it offers. The location is something of a hike from downtown. Do be aware if you book a balcony and want fresh air in your room. People use their balconies to smoke, so you may end up with a room smelling of smoke."

"Very nice studio flat with everything you need. Very comfortable mattress, kitchen fully equipped, TV with range of platforms. However, it was difficult to air the flat, so the air was stale. It is a ground floor flat and noisy until the early hours."

"The hotel was beautiful overlooking the ocean. When we registered the receptionist was a bit short with us . We checked in earlier than expected instead of the usual 3:00 pm. The room they provided us on the 3 rd floor overlooking ocean had a odd odor. We addressed this issue with reception and maintenance provided a service. The odor was fowl and we addressed this matter with reception and the provided us with an upgraded room . We had a wonderful time and the staff were very nice and helpful."

"La casa del artista Sardinero is a lovely apartment in the beautiful Sardinero area of Santander, a short walk from the city’s wonderful beaches, cafes, restaurants and shops. The city centre of Santander and everything it offers can be reached easily on foot via the fascinating Tetuán tunnel.The host, Renata, is very responsive and helpful. The check in/out process is smooth. Highly recommended."

"Some reviewe have mentioned this place feels dated - but i found it wonderful and quite the bargain. Huge room, very modern bathroom, mattress fine, clean as can be. Very helpful and friendly staff - especially Santiago at front desk. The carpets are worn, but other than that it is a gem. You would pay 3x the price to get such a spacious bathroom and room in a more modern hotel. Outstanding location"
