Rhythm and Redwoods Treehouse

Welcome to Rhythm & Redwoods—a 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom treetop sanctuary nestled in the majestic redwoods above Los Gatos, in the heart of Silicon Valley and an hour from SF. This unique home effortlessly blends refined comfort with forest charm, making it perfect for:

- Couples seeking an intimate getaway immersed in nature. - Executives or remote professionals who value privacy and character - Creative friends seeking inspiration and a space to unwind.

RENTAL AGREEMENT & CHECK IN PROCESS
Guests are required to sign a short-term rental agreement prior to check-in. The agreement outlines house rules, liability, and property use. We also ask guests to provide an ID and CC upon booking. These additional security measures had to be implemented to prevent fraudulent bookings. A link with all of this information will be provided upon booking. If you are not comfortable with any of this information, you are welcome to cancel within 24 hours of booking as long as it`s not a same day booking.
HOUSE RULES:

- NO SMOKING & NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITES: No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vapors, marijuana, etc.) indoors. If you smoke outdoors, please pick up after yourself. Drug use and other illegal activities are strictly prohibited

- NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS: Up to 6 guests are allowed to stay at the property. If you have more than 6 guests, let us know prior to check in. All guests must be on the reservation.

- QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours starts at 10pm, So please turn off all outdoor music by 10pm.

- FURNITURE: Please try not to move furniture around as this can damage the floors and furniture pieces. If something must be moved please return it back to its original position before checkout.

- Primary guest should be 25 years old and above

Failure to observe House Rules will results in a minimum $500 fine.
