"This is a great property to stay. The house and others in the neighborhood are newly built. House has modern amenities and design. Beds are comfortable, showers are great. Spacious kitchen and dining area, lots of lights and switches, ceiling fans for desired ambience. Master bedroom and bath are large as is the walk in closets. Guest rooms are also spacious. Property is centrally located in McAllen and easy access to anyplace in the RGV. Great stay and highly recommend."

The listing was for a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom. I was expecting 3 full bathrooms but it is 2 full one half . Owner did change listing after I let them know about it however we still paid for something we did not receive."

"We were in town for my father’s 80th birthday celebration and late holiday gift exchange. We had 4 couples and 2 children under 2 and this house was PERFECT for our needs. There was a lot of space for everyone to gather together in the same room to visit while also allowing for each couple to have their own bedroom so they could get away for a nap or downtime. "Overall was just okay. My mom has limited mobility. As unit is located in center of courtyard, it proved a challenge going in and out. Walk in shower in second bathroom was non-functional, again not an ideal situation for my mom. Bedding, linens and towels need replacing . While they were clean, they were rather worn out. Front door also needs new lock set , as current one is faulty. For the price, location and overall stay, it was a good value."
