"Went in summer, so very quiet. Staff were friendly and when the hotel power went out communication was good and prompt. The front desk was not staffed the whole time while i was there, but this may be because of the time of year i stayed here. Very close to local shops and the room was clean and modern. The room was small, though the pictures demonstrate this too."

"El apartamento está muy bien situado cerca de la zona residencial. Estaba limpio y era acogedor, con instrucciones de entrada muy claras. El propietario es muy comunicativo y muy servicial; se las arregló para atender nuestras consultas. ¡Una estadía genial y la próxima vez iremos a ver la piscina!"

"Very nice and clean place, and overall a special experience to pass some days in that traditional cave. The cave has a very good climate, especially when it's hot outside. Beautiful surrounding! And Guadix is a nice town with fair prices. Also Maryse is a very kind host! She has a sense for nice details and has a lot of historical background."

"Great location with stunning views . Pool is super and plenty seating around the pool. Lots of places to sit outside. Inside it is a bit dated and no aircon could be issue if very hot. Had to sleep with no sheets as there were not enough of the larger sheets - did not expect to have to make up our own beds though!"

"Duplex is very nice. All rooms are upstairs. Carrying luggage upstairs is not so convenient. We unloaded all ski clothing and shoes and left them downstairs so luggages wouldn't be so heavy. Hotel’s personnel is very helpful and friendly. Hotel is conveniently located a few steps away from Parador chairlift. We used the hotel amenities, gym, room service, restaurant, transfers to town and spa. We paid for spa and since maximum capacity is 6 people at a time, we had it to ourselves as we were 6....

"Tiene una buena ubicación, y honestamente el precio era "sospechosamente" economico. El lugar es limpio y cumple con la función. No nos gustó que la llave de la regadera nececita servicio pues uno tarda mucho en poner en temperatura adecuada. hay un punto donde un milimetro es la diferencia entre que el agua te congele o te queme la piel. "I think the largest positive issue was communication. I received a Whatsapp message after booking informing me of the process for checking in, parking, getting in the room and checking out, all of which went well. I even replied to the initial message to find out what was in the apartment cooking appliance wise, and they answered almost instantly. The room was clean and tidy with all the things you could ask for from a microwave, toaster, kettle and even a coffee machine. The cutlery and plates were clean, the view was fantastic with the properties design and layout meaning everyone gets an external view (ours was of the mountains and the sunset was fantastic). The shower was very powerful and worked well, plus the bedroom was clean with plenty of spare sheets and towels. Our son used the sofa bed in the livingroom and slept well. We visited in August and it was hot, but because it was technically out of season, parking was free with lots of spaces and the area was relatively quiet. We reccomend taking the ski lift up to the top of the mountain for incredible views. We will be returning in winter and we will definitely attempt to rebook this location. It's all set up for skis and boards with external lockers that are lockable and the lockers are just outside your room, so nice, safe and in the warm."
