I highly recommend walking up the street to award winning Fia Steak for a luxury patio dinner, sip Happy Hour cocktails at Jonah's, enjoy brunch at Milo and Olive and stop into Erewhon for an Organic Smoothie and snack.

This remolded home features two bedrooms with smart TV's and two luxury spa inspired bathrooms with rain showers and custom tile.

Amazing place!

If you are looking for somewhere to stay, then stop looking this place is amazing. Everything and I mean everything is new and the top of the range. The host was great, the locations perfect but the accommodation is first class.

Great location. Very nice, clean and convenient

Good location. Walkable to some stores and a bunch of restaurant locations. Quick drive to the Pier and everything there. Great spot as a jumping off point for LA exploring.

Lovely property

Had a great stay. The property is lovely and felt brand new inside. It is on a busy street and there was a bit of outside noise from traffic and the nearby parking lot. But, it was nice to be close to coffee shop and juice bar -which are literally just around the corner.

An enjoyable week in LA

We enjoyed our stay in this property enormously, for the full freedom we achieved and especially for the very convenient position of the house (literally just around the corner there is a 24h/day drugstore for last minute purchases). Santa Monica/Venice/Manhattan Beach are just some minutes away by car. The property is exactly as described if not better. (we are a family of three)

Fabulous Home

If you are ever in the Santa Monic area, YOU MUST STAY HERE!! It is conveniently located to EVERTHING including the airport!! The home is gorgeous, newly renovated, VERY CLEAN and has every amenity you would need. I felt safe and secure the entire time. THANK YOU to the host who provides excellent details upon your arrival. The pictures are exactly what you get which was refreshing so don't worry and enjoy!!!!!

Excellent rental - Congested Area

Super clean, modern, well equipped. This house had everything we needed. Right close to everything. Walking distance to CVS, restaurants, etc. Tight parking for our large vehicle, but the property does have garage which was nice. We didn’t try it. Has a super relaxing back courtyard that is shared with another unit. Renee there comes and goes quietly. Plus they are building on something else. Hustle and bustle outside, but Inside this unit is super relaxing and worked perfectly for us to rest up after visiting UCLA medical center. Montana ave up the road has amazing gluten free food at modern bread. Roris Ice cream shop was great, also an gf cone. And we enjoyed breakfast at Uppers multiple times. Plus 15 min drive to the pier and beach.

Great place in Santa Monica!!

So clean so amazing. CVS is almost next door. Erewhon is a few blocks away. The pier is a bit of a mile. We loved the location, the layout, and the communication. Can’t wait to come back!

Immaculately clean and well-appointed!

This place is great! The host, Brandon, got in touch the morning of our visit to give us the check-in instructions and was very clear and concise. The house is incredibly clean and stylish. Lots of dishes, towels, shampoo and soap. Beds were clean and comfortable. The house is located near a fairly busy intersection, but it wasn't too noisy as the windows are new. CVS is literally steps away and is open 24hrs so that is handy. 10/10!

Very convenient, well appointed comfortable little house!

The decor is clean, simple and comfortable. Showers are great, kitchen is perfect and the clothes washer makes a big difference when traveling for a long stay. The entry keypad is simple to use and the house is quiet. Bedrooms are cozy and extra large televisions in each room are a bonus. Large oudoor area is special and completely private. A great hideaway!

Wonderful stay

It was the perfect stay for our trip for my 10 month old son’s surgery. The place was very clean, updated, nice layout, cozy, comfortable beds, nice location, great shower, nice fenced in back yard with places to sit and enjoy the sun on the patio, perfect kitchen, safe but busy neighborhood. It literally had everything we needed We enjoyed every bit of it, although the traffic was busy outside the house we cousins hear any of the noise in the rooms. I liked that the place was close to the beach, a few min walk away from the grocery store. This place is everything the posting claims to be and more.

Great property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was superbly appointed and extremely clean. Beds were comfortable and showers were over the top. We had absolutely everything that we needed. Our only comment would be that from reading the website, we assumed that the house was closer to Ocean Avenue than it was. Regardless, it was a wonderful stay, and we totally enjoyed the host’s neighborhood recommendations for restaurants. Jonah’s was excellent and a very unique experience. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

House is very nice

This house has been newly renovated, and they did a super job. Great location for what we had planned. I would highly recommend renting this home. The host is ver easy to work with and very responsive. Will rent again whe visiting the Los Angeles area..
