The Space:

This comfortable two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit offers a practical and well-designed layout in the heart of Hollywood, featuring two separate bedrooms, a full kitchen, private bathrooms, and ample storage throughout, with a shared laundry room conveniently located in the building. Just moments from the Hollywood Walk of Fame and Dolby Theatre, the property places you close to restaurants, nightlife, entertainment, and some of the neighborhood’s best-known attractions, with nearby public transportation and rideshare options making it easy to explore the rest of Los Angeles. This unit has a floor area of approximately 485 sq ft.



Please note: This unit has two bedrooms and does not have a separate living room. The living room shown in the photos is a small seating area within the main studio-style bedroom. To access the second bedroom, you will need to walk through the main room. The smaller bedroom has its own small full bathroom and kitchenette. The main room includes the seating area and has a separate full kitchen attached to it, as well as a full bathroom with a bathtub.



Guest Access:

You will have the entire apartment to yourself.

Step out your door and onto the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame, visit the Dolby Theater, or take a short drive to Universal Studios and Runyon Canyon. Enjoy the vibrant local dining and nightlife scene, with trendy restaurants and bars just steps away. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, this location provides unparalleled access to LA’s most famous attractions.



Getting Around:

1759 Orchid Ave is exceptionally well-connected, making it easy to navigate the city. The Hollywood/Highland Metro Station is just a few blocks away, providing convenient access to the Red Line and connecting you to downtown Los Angeles and beyond. Major freeways are also easily accessible, making commutes and travel a breeze. Additionally, the neighborhood is very walkable and bike-friendly, with plenty of ride-sharing options and public transportation services available. For those who prefer to drive, there are numerous parking facilities in the area, ensuring that getting around is always convenient and hassle-free.



Other Things to Note:

PARKING:

Independent public lots are located in the area by Hollywood & Highland Shopping Center (Ovation Hollywood). Please note that building management does not provide, manage, or coordinate parking.



SUPPLIES:

Please note, only basic amenities are provided for this unit. If you need a specific amenity, please confirm its availability before you book. Starter toiletries (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.) are not included. Starter Kitchen Essentials and Cleaning Supplies (Dish Soap, Paper Towels, Sponge, Etc.) not included.



APPLICATION AND FEES:

*All guests are required to complete a rental application, which includes identity verification, a credit and background screening, and proof of income or financial qualification. A non-refundable application fee of $25 per applicant applies. All applicants 18 years of age or older must complete the application process.

*Guests will also be required to sign a separate lease agreement directly with the host prior to move-in.

*Proof of personal liability insurance ($100,000 minimum) is required prior to move-in. If tenant does not provide proof of third-party insurance, tenant will be automatically enrolled in our Landlord Liability Insurance (LLI) policy for $15/month.

*On-site coin/app-operated laundry room available for resident convenience. Machines are independently maintained and operated on a per-use fee basis.

*A refundable security deposit of $1,250 is required for all stays and must be paid directly to the host after booking confirmation and prior to check-in. The deposit will be returned within 21 days after move-out, less any applicable deductions permitted under the lease agreement and California law. Cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit.

*Additional documentation and qualification requirements may apply in accordance with California law and the terms of the lease agreement.

*Pets may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Approved pets require a refundable $500 pet deposit and pet rent of $2.16 per pet, per night.

*Optional housekeeping service is available for $299 per visit and includes deep cleaning, fresh linens and towels, and restocking of essential supplies.

**This space is non-smoking.

**Please note that you will be charged for any damages to linens, cookware, furniture, fixtures or other items that we find after you check out.
