NO smoking. Strictly enforced with a $300 fine if any evidence of smoking. Unrestricted parking on street. Very private with huge magical views. If there are kids, 10 people could stay.
And absolutely no wipes or anything else to be put down the toilet other than minimal toilet paper plumbing in the hills is delicate, so no wipes whatsoever are to be flushed down the toilet. If there is a back up that causes plumbers to come there will be a charge.

This fantastically well-situated house is right in the heart of the Hollywood Hills right off the famed Mulholland Drive.

There are four bedrooms - one with a king size bed and three with queen size beds, three bathrooms plus a huge living room for entertaining that flows seamlessly into the open-plan kitchen/seating area...a separate dining table for formal dining and several tables outside for eating/drinking. (Note- four actual beds, a sofa bed, 2 blow up beds and several sofas.)
Pool heating is $150 a day. Gas and water charges are very expensive.
NO parties allowed unless OK'd by owner.
if more than ten people are coming for a gathering - over and above the guests already staying - it’s $50 per person
so if you are inviting 20 people it’s an extra $1000.
And 20 is the max number of guests
Smoking both Inside OR out is NOT permitted.
Great location for business associates to gather for meetings, perfect for a yoga retreat, a graduation, an anniversary, a family holiday or a romantic getaway!! The house is quite special and cosy- with a wood burning 'gas' fireplace.

NOTE-there is a Ring doorbell/camera device in the front courtyard and another at edge of deck which means activity in front courtyard and pool can be seen for security and safety purposes.

Weekly maid service. (For stays of longer than a week there is maid charge) Pool and gardeners. Beautiful evenings on a huge deck. Or inside watching the twinkling lights of the expansive 180 degree view.
If guests want to host a gathering of more than the number of people staying there they must ask permission first and if host agrees then there will be an extra charge of $50 per extra person so please you must let me know if you want to host an event/birthday party/wedding etc etc. But NO parties or more than three visitors at a time

Just minutes from either Studio City (and its fabulous Japanese restaurants, shopping and Sunday Farmers Market) and Universal City in one direction---or 5 minutes down Laurel Canyon to Sunset Blvd and the famed Sunset Strip area and Melrose Ave etc in West Hollywood....or Mann's Chinese and the hip Hollywood area, Silver Lake and on downtown.
A few minutes in the opposite direction and you're in Beverly Hills, Bel Air and right on down to Pacific Coast Highway and the beach.

The house has 6 flat screens, cable tv, wireless internet and local phone...plus gas BBQ grill

There is unrestricted parking on the street. Very central. Uber or drive a rental car to the house in the Hollywood Hills.

Pool guy comes every Friday around lunchtime and has his own key… And the gardeners come every friday also around lunchtime and they also have their own key.

Other things to note
It is very private..Totally gated. ... but just yards from Mulholland Drive and Laurel Canyon and minutes from hiking trails and so much to do in either Studio City and all its great restaurants or Universal Studios and Warner Bros or down to Hollywood Blvd or Sunset Strip and West Hollywood and Beverly Hills.. Very convenient. Ventura Blvd, down at the bottom of Laurel Canyon in Studio City has so many cool restaurants and coffee shops and food markets. Plus a great Farmers Market every sunday morning 9 - 1 pm on Ventura Place. It can get windy in the evenings sometimes so I appreciate it if guests put the umbrellas down on the deck and I always remind people that the 6 burners on the stove should remain lit at all times as it is a restaurant -style stove and if any burners happen to be blown out by a gust of wind, they should be lit again right away if possible. POOL heating not available June through October. Beware there is native wildlife nearby in the hills....coyotes, skunks etc although sightings are very rare.
Also--it is right in the hills and surrounded by scrub and canyons and a LOT of land and parks... another reason I do not allow smoking. Please be aware and respectful of that. And be careful re sparks etc when using the BBQ or the fire pit or the outdoor heater-all using propane gas.

There is a payment of $350 for a pet that is payable once you have booked.
