The property is designed to offer a luxurious experience, with tasteful interior design, nice bedding, and an excellently designed bathroom that shows off taste and is fully functional for a relaxed stay. Joseph & Marielle - Great Customer Service!

Overall, the hotel was nice and we had a great stay. The concierge even offered a late check out without me having to ask - that was great! The best service we experienced during our stay was hands down at the pool. We went up for coffee and breakfast, and everything from start to finish was fantastic. Our servers/bartender, Joseph and Marielle (apologies if I’ve misspelled her name!), were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. If you’re staying at the SLS, be sure to stop by the 6th floor pool deck for breakfast/brunch—you won’t regret it. And if you’re lucky, Joseph and Marielle will be there to make your morning even better.

Love the decor of the property - very stylish and fun. Unfortunately, the service was slow at almost every interaction, from breakfast downstairs to answering the front desk when I called to getting a bell hop to help us with our luggage. They were fully booked, but that's when you need to staff up!
