Old World Charm in the Valley. Close to everything.

  • Built in the 1940’s, this home has been in my family for over 60 years. One of the few remaining original Mellethin “birdhouse homes” left in the Valley, this unique home has been updated while keeping the quirky Original charm making you feel like you’ve been thrown back to a different era. A quiet Hideaway. Close to Universal Studios, shops, dining.
