The room was large and spacious, which was nice, but unfortunately the bed had a major dip on one side and was very uncomfortable. I also found roaches in the shower, and the shower itself wasn't very clean. The room has potential, but it needs better maintenance and housekeeping.

The staff was cordial. I've stayed at this hotel before and the room was nice & clean & looked updated. The room we got yesterday didn't seem to be updated. We paid "deluxe" but honestly it seem like a basic room. The sink faucet seemed to be loose & Furthermore one of the pillows was yellow on the bottom. Honestly not sure if Id want to return.

For a minimalist trip, ie won’t be at the hotel for much of the trip, it’s ok. Parking was good. Kudos for a well-lit parking lot overnight. Room was functional. Definitely not 5 star. There were baby flies throughout the property, especially near the trash cans and the elevator, and they occasionally made their way into the room. Room had left-behind hair on the floor in places, like someone was losing hair or combed it out. There was a piece of paper stuck in the keyhole and another piece in the bathroom fan…for whatever reason, wasn’t clear. Tops of nightstands and tables were sticky. Lone chair in the room was…functional. Like any hotel, there were those who have no idea…or care…that other people might be trying to sleep at 2 or 3 in the morning. Not the hotel’s fault. Just stupid people. For those who would like a more family-friendly (ie G-rated) atmosphere, spend more and choose another hotel. There’s also a dispensary right next door…a fact punctuated by the occasional wind and pungent odor.

We just stayed overnight due to a festival in the area and it was a super convenient and easy stay. Staff was incredibly kind and efficient and got a lot of bang for our buck by staying here. Def will be coming here next time I’m heading to the rose bowl.
