The room was very clean. Looked like it was renovated recently so the room feels spacious and neat. Great customer service at the front desk too! I’d definitely stay there again if I go back to that part of LA. It was just very close to the business that I’m attending and lots of surrounding asian restaurants.

Third time staying here, first time clean and pleasant for a no frills, second time great service from front desk staff, this time dirty towels, used nearly empty box of tissue, requested clean towels from front desk and had go looking for house keeping to get some in the end. This place really needs updating.

The staff's very kind and attentive, the room gets cleaned while we're out, there's a decent amount of space and it's a walkable area with great food. Only downside is that the water pressure of our sink was weak.

The hallways and the common areas were run down, they used a very powerful cleaning liquid in the room and it was overpowering and didn't let me sleep, the property could use some renovations, the vending machines didn't work either so no nearby options for drinks or snacks late at night.

Nearby Koreatown, the property outside isn’t as aesthetic but the suites inside is very homey, beds are a double size. But great cheap stay, basement parking is tightly packed
