Managed by experienced host. We take cleaning seriously. We wash all beddings, mop the floor and wipe down all commonly touched surfaces with BLEACH at every check out.

Brand New 2020 townhouse in HOLLYWOOD w/ 3 dedicated parking spots inside property.
-Open floor plan, brand new furnishing and a KING bed in the master bedroom.
-Super comfortable bedding, spacious living room, full kitchen.
-Smart lock for easy self check-in/out.
-Smart TV in every room.
-Plenty of restaurants & bars nearby.

PLEASE BE GUIDED BY THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES:

*For long-term stays, initial supplies of essentials are provided. If you require more, please feel free to replenish as needed.

*Additional guest fees of $20 per guest, per night (after the 1st guest)

LATE CHECK OUT
*Sorry but we don't allow late checkouts.
*If you exceed, you will be charged $30 for the first 30 minutes, and an additional hour will cost you $50.

*Please keep noise low in the quiet hours of 9pm to 9am.

*No smoking inside the home. If our cleaners catch the odor inside, you will be penalized. (You may smoke outside.)

- Kindly turn off the AC or heater before leaving our home.
- We have motion detector cameras outside for security reasons. There will be no cameras inside to protect your privacy.
- Cable TV is not available.
- You have to login to your own Netflix, Disney, Spotify, HBO, etc.
- $200 will be fined if we find out that you have violated ANY and EACH of our House Rules

Walked in and knew right away we would stay here again!

This place is SO cute, so modern, so well taken care of...it's an absolute gem. The location worked as we wanted to be fairly near Hollywood, Larchmont, the Grove, etc We will absolutely stay here again if at all possible!

Hollywood Stay 19-21 May

My experience with this rental was below my standards of what I was expecting. The parking was horrible narrow driveway no full size car get to the rental parking. Once we checked in there was items in the washer and dryer, food still in the refrigerator. The mater bedroom mattress needs to be replace there is a terrible sink. Our last night there we wasn’t able to shower there wasn’t any hot water or gas at the rental, had to fly from the west coast back to east coast unshowered. We purchased food that couldn’t be cooked due to the issue of no gas.The owner offered just to refund $50.00. There was ants in the downstairs bathroom and also the hallway bathroom on the second floor. Had no access to the rooftop. We would not recommend this rental to anyone

Great Stay!

Loved this property very spacious, and had a convenient location right next to all the stores we needed. My only complaint about this property is how difficult it was to park in the back, however in the description he does explain the inconvenience of the parkings entrance being rather small. Other than that we absolutely loved staying here and will forsure stay again !

Better than expected

The house was very much larger than expected the pictures don’t do it justice the rooms are huge No paper towels came in the house and The parking i was the most stressful part as my friends had lowered cars so they scrapped and parking in the back was very narrow but would book this house again

Was exactly what we needed

Property was exactly as advertised. For the price and quality we found staying here any small detail of imperfection was forgivable and quickly forgotten about. I think I found A burn in A carpet ... not a big deal considering. Beds were clean and comfortable, kitchen was great and the AC worked a little to well if you let it. Would definitely stay here again but it seems to book fast so we’ll see.

Sneakily Spacious

This property was great for bringing family in town for the holidays. The space was so large, we were shocked. The kitchen was perfect for cooking a family dinner, there were extra chairs for the table and made the living room perfect for playing games with the family and the bedrooms were just perfect. I would definitely rent again.

Nice Place to Stay

Good place to stay, Building is nice and modern and well kept =. Stores are located in walking distance so you can go grab everything you will need for your stay. The driveway is a bit narrow and can be difficult to get out of at times. Also, we were disappointed upon arrival that we were unable to use the rooftop that was advertised based up some past noise complaints from others who had stayed there previously. Other than that it was as advertised and an overall good place to stay at.

Great stay!

The property was very clean and beautiful. The owner should have listed all of his house rules in advance and not the day before my trip. However, we did not have a problem following the rules as we were a more mature crowd on a family trip. If you plan on partying while on vacation this is not the place for you as you have to keep quiet and not disturb the neighbors which are very close by. The king bed in the master is sinking in the middle which made it hard to sleep well. All other beds were good. The driveway is very very narrow and it is very difficult to get a minivan in and out. Small cars as listed on the description works best. The driveway was blocked forcing us to park on the street and we received a ticket. The owner did promptly respond and fixed the issue right away. Overall the communication with the owner and stay was awesome! The view of the Hollywood sign from the rooftop was amazing when the haze cleared along with watching the sunset. My family had a great time with minor hiccups. Thank you again for being a host that responded right away and fixed any issues that happened quickly. We appreciate good customer service!
