The Space:
This thoughtfully furnished one-bedroom, one-bath unit offers comfort and convenience in the heart of Hollywood. The space features a cozy queen-size bed with cotton linens, a comfortable living area with a couch and two lounge chairs, and a kitchen equipped with basic appliances for easy dining in. Enjoy a 40-inch Roku TV for entertainment, ample closet space for organization, and a well-stocked bathroom with 100% cotton towels. While there is no parking in the building, guests can rent a dedicated spot for $250 per month or use the adjacent Hollywood & Highland Shopping Center lot, which offers hourly and daily rates. Additional amenities include an on-site laundry room, ongoing management support, and an on-site representative to ensure a seamless stay.

1759 Orchid Ave is exceptionally well-connected, making it easy to navigate the city. The Hollywood/Highland Metro Station is just a few blocks away, providing convenient access to the Red Line and connecting you to downtown Los Angeles and beyond. Major freeways are also easily accessible, making commutes and travel a breeze. Additionally, the neighborhood is very walkable and bike-friendly, with plenty of ride-sharing options and public transportation services available. For those who prefer to drive, there are numerous parking facilities in the area, ensuring that getting around is always convenient and hassle-free.

PARKING:
While there is no parking in the building, you have a couple of convenient options: A monthly parking spot rental is available for $250/month. The building shares a lot with the Hollywood & Highland Shopping Center (Ovation Hollywood), offering a range of hourly and daily parking options ($2 every 20 minutes; $6 per hour; daily maximum of $20), providing the easiest parking solution for your stay.
SUPPLIES:
Please note, only basic amenities are provided for this unit. If you need a specific amenity, please confirm its availability before you book. Starter toiletries (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.) are not included. Starter Kitchen Essentials and Cleaning Supplies (Dish Soap, Paper Towels, Sponge, Etc.) not included.
APPLICATION AND FEES:
*All guests are required to complete a rental application, which includes identity verification, a credit and background screening, and proof of income or financial qualification. A non-refundable application fee of $25 per applicant applies. All applicants 18 years of age or older must complete the application process.
*Guests will also be required to sign a separate lease agreement directly with the host prior to move-in.
*Renter’s insurance is required for all stays. Guests may provide proof of their own qualifying policy, or may elect to purchase a monthly renter’s insurance policy through the host for $15/month.
*A refundable security deposit of $1,250 is required for all stays and must be paid directly to the host after booking confirmation and prior to check-in. The deposit will be returned within 21 days after move-out, less any applicable deductions permitted under the lease agreement and California law.
*Additional documentation and qualification requirements may apply in accordance with California law and the terms of the lease agreement.
*Pets may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Approved pets require a refundable $500 pet deposit and pet rent of $2.16 per pet, per night.
*Optional housekeeping service is available for $299 per visit and includes deep cleaning, fresh linens and towels, and restocking of essential supplies.

**Please note that you will be charged for any damages to linens, cookware, furniture, fixtures or other items that we find after you check out.
