Hotel management cancelled our Expedia reservation, which we found out upon arrival. We had tried to book one if the “Easy Access” rooms due to our medical conditions. It was very stressful trying to find alternate accommodations last minute when we could have been having dinner and resting already. Apparently hotel management routinely AND indiscriminately cancels reservations due to “hotel overbooking.” No booking guarantee at this hotel and it is not worth taking your chances. No manager available to speak to while we were almost kicked out of the hotel by the unsympathetic and poorly trained receptionist.
