Designer Loft w Private Rooftop - 5 Mins to Hollywood
Los Feliz Loft is a modern, designer loft with a private rooftop overlooking Downtown LA and the Griffith Observatory. Directly adjacent to world-famous Hollywood and hip Silver Lake neighborhoods, this loft in the Los Feliz neighborhood is a gem. You might even spot a celebrity at the local coffee shop!
The Space
The loft has expansive sliding doors which allow ample, natural light all day. A full kitchen with premium appliances includes an induction stove, oven, microwave, and vintage-style Smeg fridge. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal. The bathroom is supplied with necessary toiletries, towels, and hair dryer. The upstairs loft bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a flight of pillows to choose from. On the impressive and spacious rooftop, you can relax by a skyline view of downtown LA and the Griffith Observatory.
There are many coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques in the Los Feliz neighborhood within walking distance. Walkable to Griffith Park with many things to do like hikes, parks, golf, tennis, pony rides, museums, the Observatory, the Greek Theater, and the Los Angeles Zoo.
Within driving distance, Los Feliz Loft is located 5 mins to Hollywood and all the action on the Walk of Fame. 3 minutes to hip Silver Lake with many restaurants, bars and boutiques. 15 minutes to The Americana in Glendale for high-end shopping. 15 mins to downtown LA, 20 mins to Burbank airport, and 45 mins from LAX airport. The closest train stop is a 15 minute walk to the Vermont/Sunset Red Line.
COVID-19 Precautions: For guests' safety, there is a 24 hr period between each stay to thoroughly clean, sanitize, and ventilate the loft. Loft is equipped with premium air filters, hand sanitizer, and disinfectant.
Guest Access
Guests enter through the gated property on the Commonwealth Ave side. They will enter through the side gate shared with the other home on the property.
Guests have access to their private rooftop.
Free street parking is available. No parking on the driveway. Please note the street sweeping signs on Wednesday and Friday mornings and no parking signs at the next block in front of the school. We are not responsible for any tickets incurred during your stay.
Other Things To Note
This is a guest house with the main house on the front of the lot. Please do not disturb the tenants in the other house or go on their side of the yard. You will have a separate entrance at the side gate however, they have access to the garage. Please do not park on the driveway.
