The kitchen is equipped with cooking essentials including a Keurig coffee machine, hot water kettle, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. The living room opens to a large, fully fenced grassy backyard through beautiful French doors, perfect for relaxing or playing outside. The dining room comfortably seats 8.
Please note this is an older home with original tiled bathrooms and no central air. Several portable A/C units are provided for comfort. There is no washer/dryer on-site. Essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, coffee, tea, sugar, and towels are provided for your stay.

For guest safety, exterior security cameras are installed at the front entrance. This is an older home with original tile bathrooms and no central A/C—portable A/C units are provided. There is no washer or dryer on-site. The property is located in a quiet, gated residential community in Brentwood. Guests are expected to respect neighbors and adhere to quiet hours. Check-in after 10 PM is not permitted.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs without prior approval will incur a $100 fee per additional hour.
