Very cute in ideal locations cannot get better! Great value. Bed was not that comfy but can’t complain. Had a blast and was equipped with everything you need from making meals to hitting the beach just steps away!

Gem of a place, great location

A cozy getaway just a block from the beach and close to good coffee and food options. The carriage house was a great spot for the 2 of us and Dayle was an excellent host. A very positive experience all around!

Lovely home

Great house for a family of four with all the necessary accommodations. Comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen. Really cute decor and a nice patio and one block from the beach. I would give 5 stars for location but due to the rising homelessness and drug use, it was a disappointing factor. Not Dayles fault but a sad reality Still a great spot to stay!

Charming Cottage in a Perfect Location

We recently stayed at this cozy cottage in Santa Monica and had a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable—just minutes from the beach and Santa Monica Pier. It’s a fantastic home base for exploring everything the area has to offer.While the space is a bit tight for a family of four, it’s well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Amazing place... Shhh... Don't tell too many people :)

We loved it. Close to the beach. If you want to be a tourist head to the Santa Monica pier, if you want to be a local head south to Venice. Great location and so much to do. Hosts were also great!
