"Beautiful pool and grounds area with nice outdoor couches in sun or shade. Lobby area was very large and perfect of our party of 14 as we all arrived at different times. We were able to sit, talk, share pizzas and be comfortable. The staff was very accommodating, getting us paper plates and utensils. They have a business area with a printer, for our bagtags (cruise) and a wonderful hot breakfast. Our rooms were spacious. The whole party was happy with our stay. Thank you!"

"The hotel is clean generally well maintained although tile grout in bathroom is showing its age. There is poor to no cell phone coverage in the hotel. A hotel employee reported this was because of the nearby airport. I was told by a guest that only some carriers have a problem. The Courtyard charges $20/day for parking. Unfortunately that charge does not cover security or cameras for the parking area. We had $150 of gas siphoned from our vehicle. The facility was sympathetic, but made no offer of compensation for our loss. They did say that they would turn a claim into an insurance company. It’s been nearly two weeks and we haven’t heard anything from an insurance company or Coutyard by Marriott. If stay there park under a light by the front entrance and don’t expect help. "
