「I would never recommend this property, as it only had a nice room. Breakfast was so bad, I suspect the breastfeeding never gets used. No toaster, ni cereals, . No where to sit outside. You are not allowed to used the breakfast area at night. You cannot turn a light on in the breakfast are. The staff are very rude. They do not take suggestions to improve the property." You should of picked a better place we are only small!"」

「If you love nature, that's the perfect place to enjoy and relax. The property has all the amenities for families with kids: - space inside and outside - pool (opened during the summer season) - Kitchen - TV - air condition and heating system working properly and even together if needed. This always keeps the temperature you want. The property owner is flexible during the check-in time, very friendly and wants to guarantee you have the best experience staying in his Villa. 「We had a rental car and reserved this hotel based on the parking. We were informed by email that the garage was 15 euro a night and was a 2 minute walk to the hotel..both were false. The walk from the garage is all uphill and with luggage took us about 12 minutes. When we went to leave the garage we had to pay 25 euros. The garage attendant told us to get the 10 euro refund from the hotel. I have emailed proprietor several times asking for a refund but have never received a response. ...

「Staff very helpfull」

「The room was perfect. We had a beautiful courtyard to sit in. It was easy to find. The keyless remote entry was easy to use and accessible to each of us. Everything was within walking distance. The bus stops were nearby and easy to use to get to places if in a hurry and not wanting to do all the walking. Neighborhood was nice and safe.」

「This felt more like an apartment than a hotel but it was an excellent home base during our 5 day stay in Florence, we loved it! We stayed in the Michelangelo suite which had a little balcony (I think the only balcony in the building) and the room was thoughtfully designed, we could have lived here. It is a 15 minute walk into the historic city but the walk is scenic and easy. If you don’t want to walk into the city there is a little neighbourhood surrounding the Fornace suites where we found a...
