🏡 Welcome to Lorgues, in Provence (Var)
Very recent, bright and comfortable bastide, designed for families or friends in a peaceful, authentic setting.
Interior
Large through-living room opening onto two terraces (south and west), fully equipped modern kitchen, utility/laundry room.
3 bedrooms:
– 1 master bedroom (king-size bed)
– 1 double bedroom
– 1 bedroom with trundle bed (2 sleeps)
Spacious bathroom (walk-in shower, double vanity) + 2 WCs.
Each room has individually controlled A/C (heating/cooling). Ultra-fast fibre Wi-Fi. Smart TV (apps available with your own accounts).
Outdoor
Enclosed garden of 1,400 m² and 6×3 m masonry pool secured by an alarm.
☀️ South side: chill-out area with synthetic-grass terrace and sun loungers by the water.
🍴 West side: convivial terrace with dining table, parasol and electric plancha for outdoor meals.
🚲 4 bicycles available to enjoy the nearby routes.
🚗 Motorised gate with secure parking for several cars.
🌿 Surroundings & activities
The house sits on the Chemin du Train des Pignes (part of EuroVelo 8): walks and rides through forests, vineyards, hills and typical Haut-Var villages.
2 km: municipal sports complex (pitches, kids’ play areas).
3 km: Lorgues, a charming Provençal village with all amenities, restaurants and the big Tuesday market. In summer: concerts, cultural events and lively terraces.
18 min: Vidauban leisure base (water games, slides, inflatables, swimming).
Easy day trips: Verdon Gorges & Lake Sainte-Croix (~45 min) to the north; Côte d’Azur beaches (Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime, Fréjus, Saint-Raphaël) in under 1 hour to the south.

Pool: not fenced and close to the house, accessible at all times; not suitable for young children who cannot swim; adult supervision required at all times.
Outdoor: the west terrace is gravel, stable and easy to use.
Energy: 20 kWh/day included; above this, extra consumption charged at €0.20/kWh (thank you for reasonable A/C use).
Main home: this is our primary residence when not rented — please treat it with care.
House rules: non-smoking and no pets.
