"We won't stay here again because there is no covered drive up to the door. We had to unload our car in the pouring rain and carry everything to the front door. We don't stay at fancy hotels but I can't remember ever staying at a hotel without this simple feature. Room was clean but the bathroom was small. No counter space, VERY short toilet, minimally comfortable bed. Not what we expected for the price."

The floors were all tarped off and their was painting supplies and construction materials in the hallways. Our room wasn't even finished. You could tell it was missing furniture items, like lamps/lights, covers on the fire sprinkler systems, etc. 2. The staff didn't know much about the local area and couldn't offer insight into where the good places to eat or see where 3. The TV...

"Booked the room so we could let the kids enjoy a pool stay. Drove 2 hours to the hotel only to see the pool had no water in it. Tried calling and calling before we drove that way, room was non refundable so we took the drive. Got there, checked in, found the pool and checked right back out to drive home."

"Roaches in room, smelled of smoke as soon as you walked in the door."
