In a spacious area, you will find three cosy bedrooms with a total of six beds (three double beds and two single beds) as well as an additional sleeping option on the sofa. Two modern shower rooms ensure comfort even with a larger occupancy.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and everything you need for self-catering. WiFi and a television with satellite reception are also available. The apartment is air-conditioned, so you can enjoy a pleasant room climate even on warm summer days.



A highlight is the large outdoor area with a garden, balcony and terrace, which invites you to relax and enjoy sociable barbecue evenings. Garden furniture and four private parking spaces directly at the house are available. Pets are welcome after prior consultation.
