「The host was very welcoming and straightforward, anything that needed vhanging or raised concern they responded within a few minutes. The house was very cozy with a very modern and clean interior. Thr neighborhood is very quiet with an average distant dog here and there. It also had a centralized location to both sets of freeways. 」

「Upon first viewing images of this property I couldn't believe how nice this place looked in the profile. On the day of arrival this place was as described and more. We stayed the weekend for a basketball tournament and our boys and other parents were grateful having stayed here than a cookie cutter hotel room. Location - convenient to ALL you need. 「This place is clearly operated on the absolute bare minimum they can get away with. First off, terrible ant problem. I don’t believe they have regular pest control abatement they claim as I grew up in this area my entire life and never had anything close to this issue. The ants infested a makeup bag which was left on the counter and our toothbrushes, which we had to throw away. The way the rules are written sounds like an overruling parent leaving a teenager alone in the house for a weekend, not...

「House was impeccably clean. Beds were very comfortable. All amenities were available, like kitchen gear, extra bedding and newly installed appliances and homewares. Our host was attentive, very quick to reply and kind. Great location in Auburn to access shops and main thoroughfare, yet very private, quiet and good neighborhood. I would recommend this house and host for anyone who’s looking for a stress-free and comfortable stay in Auburn.」

「Very conveniently located across from Old town pizza and next to the brewery. Down town is easily walkable and accessible. Was exactly as described, house is very cute and well decorated. Plenty of room to socialize and be comfortable. The AC system is a big upside as summer comes around. Overall was a good deal and had a great time.」

We chose this location because we were in town from Portland, OR to see Big Boy 4014 and it was an easy 12 minute drive to the location. Restaurants, quick marts, Target, Starbucks, Dutch bros, charging stations for EV all close by! Thank you for a wonderful stay! 」
