"This was a great place for our entire family to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from UTC. Having 3 bedroom downstairs was perfect for elderly grandparents. The large living room, kitchen, and dining room was great for our party of 10, and the game room and hot tub were enjoyed by my husband and I and our young adult kids. It was too chilly still to get in the pool, but it looked nice, and the front porch was perfect!"

"Our party of 4 adults and a toddler had a delightful stay at Nooga Blue house. The house was immaculate, comfortable, well stocked, and roomier than expected. The play area with all of its toys and books kept our toddler well entertained. The house is located within 15 mins of both downtown and Lookout Mountain. Although pets are allowed, there was no sign of previous pets at the property. Richard was very responsive and we appreciated his suggestions. We would definitely stay here again."
