"A great stay in Verona. I'm giving the poor check in score, not so much on the property but on Hotels.com. The address listed was WRONG. Just around the block, but it was raining hard when we arrived and had to stand in the street to work the confusion out with the property management (hotels.com was useless here). "We made a very last minute booking around 6pm to stay that night. The staff were so accommodating to help us out and nothing was a problem for them. We were met at night by a member of staff and taken to the apartment which was so beautiful and very comfortable. The place was very clean. Such a comfortable master bedroom and a great size sofa bed in the lounge. Washing machine available but we didn’t need to use it. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Verona. Recommend...

"Die Unterkunft liegt sehr stadtnah und ist wirklich super. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist, dass in der Anzeige stand: Parkplätze auf dem Gelände verfügbar. Das war nicht der Fall. Es gibt aber ein Parkhaus, das zu Fuß 11 Minuten entfernt ist und verhältnismäßig sehr günstig. Der Check in und die Kommunikation liefen sehr gut ab!"

"Getting into the property was an effort. The fact you have no front office person to answer questions is a learning curve for those that prefer boutique hotels. The location, the decor was so relaxing and good feeling. The bed was horrible. 2 beds pushed together but not rally made as one except for a sheet so to move to and from centre was impossible. Loved the room, the decor, the common room but the bed was not great."
