「Isolated with no walking distance restaurants. I picked this due to breakfast and pool reviews, both are basic, much better breakfasts elsewhere on our trip」

「This is a lovely hotel set in beautiful grounds. The staff are both professional and friendly. The room we had was in the main building and was decorated in keeping with the building, clean lines and stylish. We ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious and we also had the breakfast buffet which was good quality and varied. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here.」

「No hot water for entire stay which was a disaster. I asked for compensation by email to the hotel. Two weeks later and they have not replied. Disgraceful customer service by hotel management. I must say it is not the fault of the people who work at the hotel. They were helpful as they could be. No hot water for an entire stay at a motorway type Hotel where you want to sleep and get clean is a disaster for this type of hotel .
