"I had an amazing experience at the Sheraton Nha Trang! The hotel’s location is perfect — right across from the beach with breathtaking ocean views. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the little details that make a big difference.The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. "Tiles around the swimming pool are lethal. You can see they’ve been fixed numerous times. You stand on one end and the other elevates creating a trip hazard. I tripped up 4 times, I saw one child hurt their foot on the tiles. The swimming pool itself was great. I put the do not disturb button on twice. First time I was telephoned to see if I wanted the room done, the second someone knocked to ask. Both times I was trying to sleep, hence the DND was on. Breakfast was ok, not many western options. The staff were friendly and accommodating in the main."
