I have been using this hotel for the past 15 years. When I first checked in, I was so impressed by the warm welcome—the staff offered me one of the nicest glasses of orange juice and a cold towel. It was such a lovely touch and left a lasting impression on me.
Compared to those days, however, I was very disappointed with my experience this time.
When I arrived at the hotel, I had to wait for about 10 minutes before any staff member appeared. I was also told that I would have to pay $150 if I wanted to check in before 2:00 p.m., while housekeeping staff were having lunch in the lounge. In addition, there was no longer a kettle or coffee maker in the room.
I mentioned my disappointment to one of the male staff members, and he kindly offered to treat me to a coffee. He certainly didn’t have to do that, but it was a very nice gesture and made me feel a little better.
I have always had fond memories of staying at Sirtaj, and I sincerely hope that the warm and attentive service I experienced in the past will come back again.

"We stayed in a train room that was very spacious. Getting around by buggy from place to place in the area was very convenient - especially given the large distances. Very clean and comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves very much."
