"First impressions count! Trent greeted us and got us checked in. He is super polite and professional. Later we tried the TV only to find out it was broken somehow. Trent got the on-staff tech person, Isreal, to get our TV replaced and set up, and showed us how to operate it. Isreal, too, was super. Trent later visited our room to make sure all was well with us. The room was spacious and well appointed. All was very clean. Breakfast is described as Continental, but it is really a full breakfast, the best anywhere. When we checked out that staff, too, was totally professional. Riverside Hotel was the best hotel on our trip."
