"This was the perfect place, right on the ocean and a full kitchen so you can cook your own meals. The room was very clean, I loved that they had a laundry basket and laundry detergent in the room for you, came in handy seeing as we stayed for 7 days. Amazing place to watch the sunset from a hammock and we got lucky enough to see some nurse sharks at the docks right outside of our hotel."

"This is our second stay at the property. First stay was 2024. The cons this time: check in is 4pm. Our room was not ready until 5:53pm. Not a huge deal, bigger issue was the lack of accuracy and communication from front desk. We had to check 3 times to get updates and were told they would text us. Never happened. Made the start frustrating given we were with 4 kids and trying to figure out what we should do w luggage, change clothes, etc. we only knew our room was ready from the beach bar telling us our room number. Pillows are terrible. Pros: property is still amazing and in great shape. Rooms clean and comfortable. Just improve pillows. Food was better this time around and service was more consistent. Pools are great as you can avoid kids if you want or go to main pool as well. Pay attention to beach conditions as the sargassum can be hit and miss. Our first visit was perfection, second was worst they have had in 10 years or so. Great property overall, recommend for families."
